Rep-ra-zent With Caron Butler and Dirk Nowitzki probably out against Cleveland tonight, the Mavericks called up Dominique Jones from the Developmental League.
In 10 games, Jones has averaged 18.7 points, five rebounds and five assists per game. Why he's not getting J.J. Barea's minutes (or even Jason Terry's) is confounding. Then again, Rick Carlisle would've benched a rookie Michael Jordan.
Jones needs minutes. If Carlisle doesn't give them to him, then he's an idiot.
