difficult to classify which company are good or bad, based on each one experience or interest they may like or may not like the company. some struck in a company due to retrogression too. if you are planning to switch company, decide based on your interest/family situation and see whether your future job can give you those. get help from your friends/jobsites like dice.com/monster.com/careerbuilder.com/hotjobs.com to see the job oppurtunities.....good luck.

Wall Street Journal has a article about the Greenspan's testimony. The comments seem to be taken over by the anti's. Please comment if you can.

you are allowed to file for a renewal 120 days before the previous document expires.
"replacement" is different- it's for a lost card or damaged etc

Speculation is always part of one's life. We want to know our future options, that's why we speculate. Some speculations are deduction from facts and some are just inference. We cannot avoid speculating. What we can do is trying to know which speculation is nearer to the truth and which ones are not.
Ok. keep speculating... enjoy with that.

We have a wealth of information from A to Z on US Immigration, why dont we ourselves write articles and editorials and get them published in the News Papers, Journals, etc?
Why are we waiting for some one to come to us and take information to write articles on us. Does Newspapers check the background of authors to verify if they are citizens/non-citizens/green card holders/ H1B's. What all matters to them is quality and authenticity of the articles.
Do you folks think this a good option to pursue?
Lets put it to work.

Hi,
I had one A# on my EAD (during OPT), as xxx-xxx-xxx, which was expired after OPT was end. Then, after I filed my I485 application, I obtained another A# showed on I-797C form, as Axxxxxxxxx. So I am quite comfused that which one is my current A#. Does A# change with our status? Thanks.
Alien # starts with A. The one your have is your A#, the one you had during OPT is not a A#.

A federal judge has ordered USCIS to pay attorney Kip Evan Steinberg $25,000 in legal fees after the lawyer's client sued the agency to force it to complete processing in an adjustment of status green card case. USCIS tried to point the finger at the FBI for delays in the name check process, but the judge wasn't buying. The judge found the 151 hours the lawyer put in to the case to be reasonable. So 151 attorney hours were wasted, an individual waited years unnecessarily and America's taxpayers are out $25,000.

Isn't $165/hour a steep rate?
